1. Acceptance

By accessing or playing Mine-Word (the "Game") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, simply don't play — no data or account of yours is retained either way.

2. The service

Mine-Word is a free, browser-based word-puzzle collection operated by Drizzling Bytes LLC ("Chill Plays" is a project by Drizzling Bytes LLC), provided for entertainment purposes only. It may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice. The service is funded by advertising.

3. Advertising

The site displays third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense. Ad content is selected and provided by Google and its advertisers, not by us; we do not review, control or endorse advertised products, services or the websites they link to, and we accept no responsibility for them. Any dealings you have with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser. Data processing connected to advertising is described in the Privacy Policy. You agree not to engage in invalid ad activity (e.g. clicking ads to generate revenue or using automated tools to do so).

4. No warranty

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy of the word lists, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Drizzling Bytes LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Game. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the Game — which is zero.

6. Intellectual property & non-affiliation

The Game's code, visual design and name are original work. Mine-Word is an independent production and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party game publisher. Any resemblance to other word-guessing or tile-clearing puzzle games reflects common, unprotectable gameplay conventions of the genre. Word lists are compiled from publicly available dictionaries.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to disrupt, overload or attack the hosting infrastructure, and not to misrepresent the Game as your own work or as affiliated with any third party.

8. Content disclaimer

Target words are drawn randomly from a public dictionary of common five-letter English words. Despite filtering, no guarantee is made that every player will find every word inoffensive in every language or context.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law of your own country.
